3-month Health Coaching

Wanting to get healthy but don’t know where to start? Has your doctor ever recommended a lifestyle change that you found to be unsustainable? Do you feel like your eating healthy but your numbers are still up? Trying to eliminate sugar but you keep failing?

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for "YOU".

Your changes don’t happen overnight, and it takes time to develop new habits. My program helps to incorporate changes in your life over a 3 month period. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

This 3-month program works by incorporating small gradual changes to your diet, your life, and lifestyle. This will help ensure long term success.  Together we will work on overcoming obstacles, identifying healthy options for you and increasing your awareness of food labels and how to interpret them.

Each session introduces you to new recipes and health concepts you can take with you into your new healthy lifestyle.

Learn how to:

  • setting and accomplishing goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
  • work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  • understand and reduce your cravings
  • increase your energy levels
  • feel great in your body
  • learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them
  • discover the confidence to create the life you want

  • Four one hour sessions per month (once a week)
  • unlimited e-mail support between sessions
  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare.... in fact, I can assist you in turning your favorite recipes into a healthier version that's tasty too.
